Coaching gives you the opportunity to achieve your goals with the continuous and dedicated support of a fully-qualified personal trainer and nutritional advisor. The fitness coaching I offer is so much more than just a personal training service. As part of the package, you will receive weekly 1 hour personal training sessions in my fully-equipped fitness studio or in the comfort of your home. You’ll also get an inclusive 1/2 hour consultation prior to your first session to discuss your aims and help me understand what’s going to work for you. You’ll also benefit from regular review sessions throughout your journey to reflect on your progress and adapt your regime as required – this can include taking regular measurements and fitness tests. I’ll also provide workout programmes for you to keep up with in-between sessions…all of which can be done from the comfort of your own living room!
As a nutritional advisor, I’ll also help you to optimise your eating habits by suggesting healthy options, discussing shopping lists and reviewing food diaries to keep you on the right track.
It’s not always easy to keep motivated and that’s why I also offer continued accountability and encouragement when you need it most. I can offer social media groups and private chats to keep in touch, offer ongoing support and answer any health and fitness questions you might have. You also have the option to connect with other clients with similar goals, share recipes and workouts, motivate each other to achieve your aims and perhaps even post a sweaty selfie!
